Hey There Styelle-ish Babes!
We hope you have jumped on board with our 10 weeks of tropical islands post! But in case you haven't, you can check out it out on our Blog
. This week, is week 3 and we are so excited to be writing about Koh Lipe Island for you!
Discover paradise by visiting Koh Lipe, a secluded island hidden in the waters of the Andaman Sea. Koh Lipe Island is smallest island in Thailand, consisting of three main beaches. These being Pattaya, Sunset and Sunrise Beach, and together they form the shape of a boomerang. It is so small that you won't need to rent any motorised vehicle. You can walk around the entire island in one hour. It's not very developed locally, but the tourism industry is starting to grow and more tourists are coming here as an escape daily life.
Because it's part of the Tarutao National Marine Park, fishing is not allowed here for anyone, local or tourist. This is quite a paradox considering that the population is composed of local fisherman and women. But don't think you will have time to get bored, go diving or snorkelling in its gorgeous waters. If you really wanna adventure yourself and you are a good swimmer you can swim around the island. If you are super keen you can even swim from one to another, they are very close. Visibility can be up to 30 meters, under clear conditions.
